Leaders come in many varieties, ranging from charismatic visionary to the unassuming team player. Most leaders display several leadership characteristics or "dimensions of leadership."

The profile explores leadership from one of three points of view: self as leader, another person as leader, or the need for leadership. It includes four aspects of leadership: Character, Analysis, Accomplishment, and Interaction followed by 12 specific Dimensions of Leadership.

Discussion of the Time Mastery Profile® and the Facilitator's Report

This unique tool provides people with a complete self-directed assessment of their current time-management effectiveness. The instrument helps people explore time-related behavior in 12 categories: Attitudes, Goals, Priorities, Analyzing, Planning, Scheduling, Interruptions, Meetings, Written Communications, Delegation, Procrastination, and Team Time.

The Online Version (see sample) includes a Skills Gap Analysis showing the person where to focus their time management efforts for greater success.

The online Facilitator Report (see sample) pinpoints the categories that need the most attention for the selected group.
