A code provides online access to questions that take 10-15 minutes to complete. The immediate result is a 12-page profile report that details the person's personal approach in the team process in easily understood bar graphs. The 5 role are as follows: Creator: Generates original concepts, goes beyond the obvious and sees the big picture. Hands off to the Advancer. Advancer: Recognizes new directions, develops ways to promote ideas and moves toward implementation. Hands off tasks to a Refiner.
