Exchanges/Returns:

Feener Associates LLC accepts the return of a purchased item if it is returned within 30 days and the product has remained unopened or undamaged. We will issue a refund or if you prefer, an exchange. Feener Associates LLC reserves the right at its discretion to charge a restocking fee of 10%. Return Authorization is required. Contact us at 1-800-408-1230 before returning any product.

1. Pay On-Line:You can pay on-line with you credit card using our Secure Server. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to call in your credit card information to 1-800-408-1230 and complete your purchase by phone.
 
2. Pay By Check:You can print your order and     mail it to us with your check or money order. After you fill in our standard order form, you can print the order via your Internet browser to send us. (Note that we cannot process your order until your payment is received. Orders may be delayed for check clearing.)
 
3. Fax A Purchase Order:  You can print your order and fax it to us with your purchase order. After you fill in our standard order form, you can print the order via your Internet browser to fax to us at 603-934-6981. (Note that we cannot process your order until your purchase order is received.)

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Standard shipping and handling charges are $10 plus 2% of the total dollar amount of your order (before shipping). Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. When Overnight or UPS 2-Day delivery is specified, the charges will be added to your order or applied to your FedEx or UPS account, whichever you designate. Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 noon EST (Monday-Friday) for next day delivery. If it is after that hour, please submit the order and call us at 1-800-408-1230. We may be able to get it to you … we will certainly do our best.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside person or vendor.
